Job Summary: Responsible for quotation, negotiation, and procurement of medicines, hospital supplies, and veterinary products, with a focus on regulatory compliance and cost optimization. Compliance with regulatory standards (ANVISA, MAPA) Responsibilities: * Conduct quotation, negotiation, and procurement of medicines, hospital supplies, vaccines, and veterinary products; * Develop and maintain relationships with domestic and international suppliers; * Monitor and control purchase orders, delivery timelines, and product quality; * Ensure compliance with regulatory standards set by ANVISA, MAPA, and other relevant authorities; * Participate in the qualification process for new suppliers; * Prepare procurement performance reports and KPIs; * Support the finance department with payment-related information and cost control; * Collaborate with inventory, pharmacy, veterinary, and hospital departments to forecast needs and anticipate purchases; * Continuously evaluate opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction. \* Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Knowledge of pharmaceutical supply chain and specific regulations (ANVISA, MAPA, etc.); * Skills in negotiation, inventory control, and procurement planning; * Advanced Excel proficiency and data analysis skills; * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and an analytical mindset. \* Compensation: R$3\.000,00 \- R$3\.800,00 per month Work Location: On-site
