The Construction Supervisor role is responsible for supervising construction teams, assigning and monitoring planned tasks while adhering to established quality standards and deadlines. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Adhere to the production schedule; * Ensure workplace organization and cleanliness; * Keep teams engaged and performing activities within the expected quality standard; * Resolve technical questions from operational staff; * Identify techniques to solve problems; * Guide and lead work teams; * Perform plumb, square, and level checks; * Execute services according to project specifications; * Organize site logistics; * Manage equipment under their responsibility; * Manage safety of items under their responsibility; * Monitor activity execution, ensuring compliance with projects and ISs (Internal Standards) at required quality levels; * Comply with company safety, quality, and environmental standards; * Ensure service completion; * Support leadership in auxiliary activities and related areas. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Experience managing vertical construction projects; * NR 35 and NR 18 certifications; * Basic knowledge of carpentry and reinforcement; * Ability to use plumb bobs, squares, and rulers; * Team leadership experience; * Structural masonry / conventional structure; * Finishing works.
