**Responsibilities and duties**
* Monitor, analyze, and ensure compliance of internal processes with the company’s quality policies and standards.

* Map processes, identify improvement opportunities, and propose solutions aligned with departmental and business objectives.

**Requirements and qualifications** **Education:**

* Knowledge of root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.
* Experience handling non-conformities and action plans.
* Performance indicator analysis and preparation of management reports.
