Job Summary: The professional will assist in preparing breads, savory snacks, and doughs by handling ingredients, organizing products, and providing customer service and sales, all while adhering to hygiene and production standards. Strategic product display to boost sales About Us GTOP comprises the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. Managed by multiple families, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 6 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in preparing breads, savory snacks, and doughs by sorting and handling ingredients, processing food items, keeping them organized, well-presented, and properly packaged according to established standards, following production schedules and protocols, as well as serving and selling to customers—offering products, clarifying doubts—in accordance with rules, the Good Practices Manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and set goals. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to store sales through strategic product display and provide personalized customer service at the counter; when necessary, guide customers on product types and derivatives; prepare, package, weigh, and deliver products to customers; Contribute to producing various bakery-related products by baking, frying, cutting, preparing, and packaging items, following production schedules and protocols, rules, the Good Practices Manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and goals; Support efficient customer service by continuously restocking display counters and ensuring correct pricing per pre\-established rules and standards; Boost sector sales through attractive and distinctive product displays and positive customer relationships; Help reduce losses by correctly organizing displays per FIFO (First Expired, First Out) principles and producing forecasted quantities per schedule, production protocols, and recipes; Monitor product appearance, expiration dates, and displayed prices through daily checks, and remove products with damaged packaging, expired items, or missing identification; Assist in receiving and transporting products, and prepare and store them in appropriate locations; Support inventory counts for stock assessments, controls, and audits; Maintain sector organization and cleanliness—including equipment and utensils—by performing daily sanitation procedures, and request equipment adjustments or maintenance when needed; Process customer payments at the bakery checkout when required; Support integration and orientation of new employees whenever necessary; Assist in related activities as needed; Requirements **Minimum academic qualification:** Completed elementary education Valid health certificate **Additional information:** **Work location:** Av Emanuel Pinto, 662 \- Centro \- Balneário Piçarras **Working hours:** 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM to 3:20 PM **Benefits:** Dental Plan Assistance Program Shopping Discount Program (affiliated stores) Life Insurance Performance-Based Incentives * Position available for persons with disabilities (PCD)
