With multifamily management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in preparing bread, savory snacks, and doughs by selecting and handling ingredients, processing food, keeping items organized, visually appealing, and properly packaged according to established standards, following production schedules and protocols; additionally, provide customer service and sales, offering products and clarifying inquiries in accordance with rules, the Good Practices Manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and defined goals. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Support store sales through strategic product display and provide personalized customer service at the counter; when necessary, advise customers on product types and derivatives; prepare, package, weigh, and deliver products to customers; Support diverse product production (related to the bakery’s product mix) by baking, frying, cutting, preparing, and packaging products, following production schedules and protocols, rules, the Good Practices Manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and defined goals; Support efficient customer service by continuously restocking display counters and ensuring accurate pricing in compliance with pre-established rules and standards; Enhance sector sales through attractive and distinctive product displays and strong customer relationships; Support loss reduction by correctly organizing displays according to FIFO (First Expired, First Out) and producing forecasted quantities per schedule, production protocols, and recipes; Monitor product appearance, expiration dates, and displayed prices, performing daily checks and removing products with damaged packaging, expired items, or missing identification; Assist in receiving and transporting products, as well as preparing and storing them in appropriate locations; Support inventory counts, controls, and audits by assisting in product counting; Maintain sector organization and cleanliness, including equipment and utensils, by adhering to daily sanitation procedures, and request equipment adjustments and maintenance when necessary; Process customer payments at the bakery cash register when required; Support integration and orientation of new employees whenever necessary; Assist in related activities as needed; Requirements **Minimum academic qualification:** Completed elementary education Valid health card **Additional information:** 100% in-person position **Work location:** Rua Guararema, 270 \- Tabuleiro \- Camboriú **Working hours:** 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 10:20 PM **Benefits:** Dental Plan Health Insurance Attendance Bonus Shopping Discounts at Stores Life Insurance Performance-Based Incentives “My Referral” Program On-site Coffee Climate-Controlled Rest Room Gogood Benefits (Discounts for gyms and online medical consultations) * Position available for persons with disabilities (PCD)
