**Location:** Navegantes, Santa Catarina
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM
* Main Responsibilities:
* Implement electrical harness manufacturing lines for vehicles.
* Responsible for harness assembly tables, ensuring compliance with customer-defined geometry and testing electrical signals.
* Plan and implement process improvements or new manufacturing processes, including defining standard operation times, line balancing, and layout design for new lines.
* Identify and document issues related to products and processes.
* Provide technical support to production, quality, finance, sales, procurement, logistics, and maintenance departments. Monitor pilot-phase assemblies.
* Prepare production lines for operation and coordinate implementations on the shop floor.
* Update project progress tracking.
* Ensure adherence to forecasts for product and process modifications, meeting cost targets as specified in engineering documentation.
**Requirements:**
* Experience as a Process Technician, Analyst, or Engineer.
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields.
* Intermediate English
