RESPONSIBILITIES Receive materials from the warehouse, verifying codes, descriptions, quantities, and physical conditions against internal requests or Production Orders, ensuring items are correct and fit for use in the production process; Identify discrepancies related to codes, quantities, or physical conditions of received materials, immediately notifying the warehouse supervisor for resolution and correction, minimizing production impact and preventing inventory inconsistencies; Accept and register materials in the WMS system using handheld scanners, confirming information after physical inspection, maintaining up-to-date system records and ensuring item traceability; Organize and store inspected materials in restricted-access areas, segregating them by Production Order or production need, ensuring control, security, and proper availability per production schedule; Release materials for production according to Production Order demand, controlling quantities and recording movements where applicable, supporting the production process at the right time and avoiding excesses or shortages at workstations; Request additional materials via the WMS system using handheld scanners and following internal procedures, ensuring continuous supply aligned with production planning. REQUIREMENTS Ability to perform material acceptance, requests, and movements while ensuring systemic traceability; Skill to verify codes, quantities, and material conditions by comparing requests, system data, and physical items; Basic understanding of production supply processes, segregation by Production Order (PO), and restricted-access control; Ability to identify inconsistencies and promptly notify the responsible department clearly and effectively; Practical knowledge of organizing materials by Production Order, criticality, or production need. **BENEFITS:** Meal Allowance – To ensure daily energy.
