Organization and updating of financial spreadsheets **Job Description:** ---------------------- \- Initiate, monitor, and control material, equipment, and service requests via the Procurement Portal, ensuring process traceability and adherence to delivery deadlines required for construction progress; \- Enter supplier invoices into the system; \- Organize and update financial tracking spreadsheets to support construction cost data control; \- Organize and archive construction technical documents (projects, blueprints, ARTs/RRTs, permits); \- Assist in monitoring project approval and regularization processes with competent authorities; **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed high school education. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Preference for candidates currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in management processes, engineering, business administration, or related fields. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- INDIFFERENT **Work Location:** ---------------------- AGRICOPEL COM.
