Assist in customer support via phone and ticketing system **Job Description:** **Your Responsibilities Will Include:** * Assist in monitoring system operations; * Assist in handling incidents in operating systems and databases (disk checks, logs, databases); * Assist in customer support via phone and ticketing system. **Requirements to Apply:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in related fields (Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, IT Management); * Basic computer literacy (Windows, Linux, Office suite); * Strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, commitment, and eagerness to learn; * Availability for 4 hours per day — morning or afternoon shift **What the Company Offers:** * Internship stipend + Transportation Allowance + Meal Benefit.
