The **Architecture Analyst** is the professional responsible for participating in various stages of architectural projects—from planning and development through to monitoring and coordination. Their activities include analyzing client requirements, preparing construction drawings, specifying materials, and providing technical support during construction execution. They are also responsible for ensuring technical feasibility, compliance with regulations, and final project quality. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and detail interior design projects, including fenestration and coordination; * Monitor project development, ensuring compatibility with the architectural design; * Provide technical support to the construction department, contributing solutions during execution; * Participate in material, finish, and construction solution selection aligned with company standards; * Contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement within the projects department; * Develop, review, and coordinate architectural projects for residential developments; * Conduct technical and legal feasibility studies according to urban regulations, legislation, and municipal guidelines; * Perform critical project analysis focused on optimizing costs, schedules, and quality. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Building Technician, or related fields; * Practical experience in construction execution, with focus on finishes and interior completion; * Prior experience in construction companies, real estate developers, or design firms; * Proficiency in technical drawing tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and/or SketchUp;
