




Job Summary: Professional to operate and monitor processes on agreement and project management platforms, assist in resource acquisition, and manage projects, providing administrative support and report preparation. Administrative management and support for internal projects **Responsibilities and Duties** Operate and monitor processes on platforms for managing agreements and projects of government agencies and funding institutions, such as Transferegov (Plataforma \+Brasil), SIGEF, FINEP, FAPESC, among others; Assist in prospecting and securing resources through public calls, official notices, parliamentary amendments, incentive laws, and other mechanisms; Organize and maintain up-to-date physical and digital files for projects linked to the department; Coordinate with institutional departments involved in executing Incentivized Projects, deepening knowledge of the university’s administrative and operational routines and utilizing internal management systems—such as OuyBuyCenter, VExpenses, DocBox, and Meu RH BPM—for process monitoring, recordkeeping, and administrative workflows; Monitor projects registered in Univali’s Project Management System (SisGPres), providing support to technical coordinators; Assist faculty members in administrative procedures related to acquisitions, contracts, and other requirements stipulated in project work plans; Support the preparation of reports, responses to clarifications, and accountability processes with funding agencies; Identify and disseminate opportunities for project development and institutional service delivery; Assist in updating sector-related information and content on the institutional website. **Requirements** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Project Management, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Basic knowledge of Canvas (presentation tools), PowerPoint, and SharePoint; Ability to organize documents and information; Strong time management skills, ability to meet deadlines, and track tasks efficiently; Preferred Qualifications: Experience with government platforms for managing agreements and projects, such as Transferegov (Plataforma \+Brasil), SIGEF, FINEP, and FAPESC, among others. Experience in resource acquisition or administrative project management.
