Responsibilities and Duties * Monitor the progress of low-complexity processes, performing tasks as instructed; * Apply knowledge acquired in the program to foster technical development and alignment with our corporate culture; * Recognize the role of leadership and one's team in the development process, establishing relationships grounded in respect, partnership, and collaboration; * Pursue self-development through interpersonal relationships, continuous study, and practical application of acquired knowledge. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school or currently enrolled in undergraduate studies; * Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
