




Job Summary: Technical Inspector and Project Designer responsible for detailed measurements, project analysis, technical documentation, and quality assurance in custom furniture projects. Key Highlights: 1. Uses Promob for measurements and project floor plans 2. Analyzes projects and ensures technical and functional suitability 3. Reviews documentation and oversees assembly for solutions **Project Inspector** **Your daily responsibilities:** · Use the standard Promob measurement template to record dimensions; · Open floor plans in Promob, including reference points, openings, ceiling details, and others; · Record measurements, highlighting information required by sales staff, and photograph the spaces; · Analyze technical questionnaire data received with the client’s folder; · Assess whether structural adjustments were made to the original project due to construction constraints; · Verify whether modular configurations align with existing appliances, plumbing and electrical fixtures, as well as finishes and accessories; · Evaluate product ergonomics and functionality; · Analyze final pricing to confirm alignment between the quoted value at time of sale and the verified value, using the system management revision report; · Determine whether third-party items require purchase orders; · Prepare the standard execution folder provided and review all information to ensure completeness; · Request signed documentation from the client and/or architect specifying dimensions, technical details, finishes, and critical responsibility alerts; · Perform necessary imports and quotations for order submissions: · Prepare quotations in Cinex “My Way”, local purchases, and special drawings (CAD); · Import project files into the FoccoLOJAS management system; · Verify the item list; · Prepare the standard technical folder available in Storage; · Review the technical folder jointly with the assembly team, detailing components and special situations (with component list); · Visit assembly sites to better understand solution possibilities during inspection; · Participate in post-assembly inspections using the execution folder to identify errors (scheduling performed by the assembly supervisor); · Implement requested modifications during assembly using technical pages for assembly technicians; · Provide CAD drawings and specifications for required components when inspection errors occur; · Maintain a record of requests during assembly in Trello. **Preferred Qualifications:** · Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, or related fields; · Postgraduate studies in related areas; · Proficiency in project modeling software (Promob and AutoCAD); · Familiarity with SketchUp and Photoshop; · Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; · Experience as a project designer; · Knowledge of the premium segment of the furniture industry; · Understanding of lighting, plumbing/electrical systems, finishes, etc. **What We Offer:** · Health insurance plan · Dental insurance plan · SESC membership benefits · Birthday day off · Birthday coffee celebration Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2.300,00 - R$6.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance Selection Question(s): * Expected salary
