We are seeking a dedicated and talented **Project Analyst** to join our team in Balneário Camboriú. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor the delivery of outsourced projects. * Conduct critical analysis and coordination among all third-party projects. * Monitor and file, when necessary, legal projects. * Prepare the construction site layout plan. * Prepare drawings to support construction activities when required. * Analyze applicable legislation and regulations. * Manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) or Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), ensuring all files are up-to-date and properly registered. * Utilize and monitor the BIM Project Workflow Diagram. * Align with designers and consultants as needed. * Align with the construction team.
