Job Description:
1\. FUNCTION OBJECTIVE
Ensure construction planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring to guarantee productivity, on-time delivery, quality, safety, and financial performance of projects.
2\. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
2\.1 Construction Planning
\- Develop macro and detailed planning for each project.
\- Develop and update the execution schedule.
\- Define planned and updated S-curves.
\- Structure WBS/WP and logical sequencing.
\- Plan labor, equipment, and material resources.
\- Create stage-by-stage action plans.
2\.2 Weekly Scheduling
\- Prepare weekly schedules (lookahead 1–3 weeks).
\- Conduct meetings with field teams.
\- Adjust schedules based on productivity.
\- Issue work orders.
2\.3 Production Control and KPIs
\- Measure executed production.
\- Calculate IDP and IDC.
\- Update physical and financial progress KPIs.
\- Update corporate dashboards.
2\.4 Field Monitoring and Support
\- Monitor field execution.
\- Validate contractor measurements.
\- Identify bottlenecks and risks.
\- Issue weekly reports.
2\.5 Procurement Interface
\- Forecast materials and supplies.
\- Generate purchase requisitions.
\- Validate measurement quantities.
\- Support technical scope development.
2\.6 Systems and Documentation
\- Populate internal systems/platforms.
\- Organize technical documentation.
\- Issue executive reports.
2\.7 Risk Management
\- Identify risks.
\- Propose solutions and mitigation measures.
\- Develop contingency plans.
2\.8 Quality and Safety
\- Support PGR/PCMSO implementation.
\- Monitor NCRs and inspections.
\- Ensure compliance with designs and standards.
3\. DELIVERABLES
\- Updated execution schedule.
\- S-curve (planned vs. actual).
\- Action plans.
\- Weekly/monthly reports.
\- Updated corporate KPIs.
\- Weekly schedules.
\- Internal and contractor measurements.
