Job Summary: We are seeking a Layout Designer to join our creative team, with a strong aesthetic sense and experience in layout design for printed materials, ensuring visual quality, organization, and consistency. Prepare final files for printing, following technical specifications We are looking for a **Layout Designer** to join our creative team. We seek a detail-oriented professional with a strong aesthetic sense and proven experience in **layout design for printed materials**, ensuring visual quality, organization, and consistency in deliverables. Responsibilities * Design and finalize **printed materials**, including magazines, catalogs, reports, institutional presentations, brochures, books, and promotional materials. * Organize and structure content (text, images, graphics, and tables) clearly and visually attractively. * Ensure **visual standardization and correct application of brand identity** across all materials. * Perform adjustments and revisions based on feedback from the creative team, account management, or clients. * Prepare **final files for printing**, adhering to technical specifications (bleed, margins, CMYK color mode, file packaging, etc.). * Collaborate closely with **art directors, designers, and copywriters** to ensure quality and coherence in all materials. * Review technical details prior to sending files to the print shop. Requirements * Prior experience as a **Layout Designer**, Designer, or in a similar role. * Demonstrated experience with **printed materials**. * Proficiency in **Adobe InDesign** (mandatory). * Familiarity with **Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop**. * Knowledge of **prepress file preparation for printing**. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in an **advertising or editorial design agency**. * Experience with **editorial publications** (magazines, books, or extensive reports). * Knowledge of **typography and editorial grid systems**.
