This is an excellent opportunity for those wishing to grow within the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) field, actively participating in identifying, building, and improving automations that increase productivity and reduce manual tasks. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Supporting business process analysis and mapping for automation; * Assisting in the development, testing, and deployment of automation robots (RPA); * Performing corrective and evolutionary maintenance on existing automations; * Documenting automation workflows and processes; * Collaborating with business analysts and end-user departments to understand requirements and propose solutions; * Continuously learning and advancing in RPA technologies and best practices. **Requirements:** * Basic knowledge of programming logic and interest in working with RPA; * Familiarity with languages such as Python, TypeScript, C\# or Java; * Analytical ability and attention to detail; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Eagerness to learn and collaborate in a team environment. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Prior experience (including academic) with RPA tools such as IBM RPA, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism; * Basic knowledge of databases (SQL); * Experience documenting processes and automation workflows; * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
