And we are looking for people to join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Administer and monitor processes related to construction execution, based on the project scope, performing inspections, training, and team advisory services to ensure compliance with quality, safety, cost, and schedule prerequisites as defined by the company’s established plan.** * Monitor daily work performed and ensure execution of scheduled activities according to the construction schedule, respecting deadlines stipulated in the project; * Train and guide interns to ensure service fronts are executed within proposed deadlines and according to standards specified in Service Verification Sheets (FVS); * Negotiate with contractors to hire specialized and qualified labor within the budgeted cost, avoiding negative deviations and meeting established deadlines; * Manage materials in stock or in use, as well as equipment present at the construction site, to ensure conscious and correct usage, preventing waste, idleness, excessive consumption, theft, and robbery; * Plan daily construction execution, material usage, and labor hiring when necessary, seeking alternatives to achieve goals and conducting benchmarking to address identified non-conformities; * Verify team staffing—whether internal or outsourced—ensuring appropriate task distribution, avoiding excesses or overloads, and complying with safety regulations; * Identify design flaws and suggest possible improvements prior to execution, avoiding unnecessary expenses and potential rework or anomalies in new developments; * Monitor results and traceability of technological controls to ensure service quality and safety, presenting findings during internal and external audits and ensuring requalification of the PBQP\-H certification; * Be responsible for implementing Quality System forecasts as proposed by PAMQ and QRO; * Collaborate with the Occupational Safety and Environment department in organizing, cleaning, and maintaining the construction site and common areas, aiming to maintain a safe and healthy work environment while preventing possible accidents and ensuring proper disposal of waste; * Quantify and qualify services performed through measurements, forwarding invoices and payment authorizations for required approvals within established deadlines, using the ERP system; * Assess contractors’ financial health monthly, based on received reports, to avoid turnover and labor liabilities for the company; * Complete the Value Release Plan (PLS) based on measurements conducted on-site, ensuring release of funds by the financial agent to continue construction; * Monitor cash flow through financial forecasting reports, ensuring financial health and expense control while respecting the approved budget for the development; * Monitor monthly quality and safety audits to validate procedures defined in company policies and develop an action plan to address identified non-conformities. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: Required: Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering Desirable: Ongoing specialization in Construction Management or related fields Specific Knowledge: Required: AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite Desirable: Construction Management **Additional Information** Learn about Rottas Construction’s benefits package and differentiators: **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 08:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour break. **Benefits:** * Issuance of 13 invoices per year; * Cost-of-living allowance (Caju); * Employee Referral Program; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Birthday Day Off; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Maternity/Paternity Kit. **Additionally:** * Necessary work equipment; * Performance Evaluation Cycle; * Individual Development Plan (PDI); * Continuous feedback. ***Apply now for this position and join the \#RottasTeam*** * With modern construction techniques and rigorous project management, **Rottas** today has accumulated over **260,000 m²** of contracted construction projects in southern Brazil.
