Professional responsible for planning and carrying out activities related to ISO certification acquisition, continuous improvement, and training, ensuring quality standards and integrated management.

Plan and carry out the necessary activities to obtain ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 45001 certifications, continuous improvement processes, development and implementation of projects, and employee training to ensure established quality standards.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Monitor and coordinate internal and external audits related to environment, health, safety, quality, and the Integrated Management System;
* Develop, review, control and implement standards and procedures related to environment, health, safety, quality, and the Integrated Management System, managing the respective database;
* Develop and monitor action plans;
* Conduct and control the identification of aspects and impacts;
* Conduct and control the identification of hazards and risks;
* Identify and analyze compliance with legal requirements, managing the respective database;
* Carry out and support process mapping;
* Conduct communications, trainings, and lectures on environment, health, safety, quality, and the Integrated Management System;
* Control, review, archive and register procedures, documents and forms;
* Conduct internal inspections and audits related to environment, health, safety, quality, and the Integrated Management System;
* Carry out and support the identification of risks and opportunities;
* Carry out, control and support change management;
* Manage the Corrective Action Management databases;
* Coordinate the implementation, maintenance and upgrade process of the Integrated Management System;
