Conduct internal audits based on IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 standards. Monitor internal and customer performance indicators. Perform supplier audits and manage supplier performance. Develop and track action plans (8D/MASP). Develop and validate new suppliers. Comply with specific requirements of OEMs (GM, VW, Renault, Fiat). Engage in customer negotiations and nonconformance resolution. Previous experience as a Quality Control Specialist, Quality Auditor, Quality Coordinator, or Quality Engineer may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
