The professional will be responsible for structuring and analyzing customer acquisition, conversion, and retention data; developing advanced analyses of LTV, churn, CAC, and ROI; supporting CRM strategies; building management dashboards; and translating complex information into practical recommendations for leadership and executives. The role will directly contribute to defining success metrics, ad hoc analyses, and prioritizing the business’s strategic initiatives. Requirements: solid experience in data analysis applied to digital marketing, CRM, or product; proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis; experience building dashboards and visualizing KPIs (Metabase, Grafana, Power BI, or similar tools). Employment Type: Permanent (CLT) | Working Hours: Flexible.
