Job Summary: We are seeking a Flexographic Printing Machine Operator to work with industrial packaging machinery, responsible for preparation, operation, and maintenance of printing machines. Key Highlights: 1. Operate industrial cardboard packaging machinery 2. Prepare and operate flexographic printing machines 3. Contribute to print quality and train new employees Our client is a company specializing in industrial machinery for cardboard packaging and is looking for a professional to serve as a flexographic printing machine operator. **Responsibilities:** Receive production orders and verify customer specifications; Verify that reels match the order requirements; Request necessary materials from assistants to carry out the process; Verify that the printing plate matches the intended print job; Prepare the machine by making required adjustments to ensure high-quality production runs; Adjust machine pressure according to programmed colors; Start the equipment and control production speed; Inspect print quality and ink viscosity; Perform basic machine maintenance; Record required information on production cards; Train new employees on machine operation; Inform colleagues about activity-related hazards; Be accountable for team safety; Use mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE); Comply with occupational safety regulations. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; Desirable: training courses in related fields; **Computer Skills:** Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); Relevant work experience; Ability to work collaboratively in a team; Flexible availability regarding working hours; Organizational skills; Attention to detail; Discipline; Workplace organization and cleanliness. **Benefits:** Meal allowance; Fuel assistance. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (including lunch break); Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (including lunch break). **Work Location:** **Neighborhood:** Várzea do Ranchinho **City:** Camboriú **State:** Santa Catarina
