Because we have the best people by our side—thousands of professionals who believe in the power of collaboration, take ownership, place the customer at the center, and continuously strive to transform in order to advance. **Key challenges and projects:** * Assist in the development, updating, and review of technical projects. * Participate in technical feasibility analyses and requirement gathering. * Contribute to continuous improvement studies and process optimization. * Monitor maintenance, installation, or equipment operation activities. * Assist in field data collection (measurements, inspections, photographic records). * Support testing and commissioning of systems or equipment. * Assist in verifying technical compliance and identifying deviations. * Prepare technical reports, meeting minutes, spreadsheets, and progress presentations. * Maintain up-to-date documentation for processes, projects, and technical specifications. * Organize technical files. * Assist in project planning, monitoring, and control. * Update schedules, indicators, and activity status. * Support interface with suppliers, internal customers, and service providers. * Comply with and promote occupational safety best practices. * Participate in safety meetings, Daily Safety Talks (DDS), and mandatory training. * Participate in internal training sessions, meetings, and capacity-building activities. * Act proactively, collaboratively, and with a problem-solving orientation. **Minimum requirements:** * Currently enrolled in Mechanical Engineering. **We’re thrilled about your interest in joining our \#STEELTEAM** See you soon!
