No prior experience required **MAINTENANCE APPRENTICE** ================================ **Brief Description** --------------------- Support the maintenance team in daily activities, contributing to department organization, tool and material control, and performing simple tasks under the guidance of area professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for those who wish to start their career, learn through hands-on experience, and develop new knowledge. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Assist in organizing the maintenance department; * Support tool, parts, and material control and sorting; * Help complete and organize records and service orders; * Support the team in simple maintenance tasks; * Maintain tools, equipment, and the work environment; * Follow safety guidelines and regulations; * Participate in the apprenticeship training program. **Academic Qualifications** ---------------------- * Currently enrolled in high school. **Professional Experience** ---------------------------- * Prior experience is not required. **Specific Knowledge** ----------------------------- * Basic computer skills; * Interest in the maintenance field; * Willingness to learn and develop. **Skills / Competencies** ------------------------------ * Organization; * Responsibility; * Punctuality; * Commitment; * Proactivity; * Teamwork; * Attention to detail and care in task execution. **Job Information** ----------------------- **Position:** Maintenance Apprentice **Age Range:** 18 to 24 years old **Expected Start Date:** August 2026 **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day. Includes 1 theory day at SEST Barra Mansa (6:00 PM to 10:00 PM) and 4 practice days at the company (7:00 AM to 11:00 AM).
