Shift Manager

Description

Job Summary: Responsible for aligning internal production with the Automaker's requirements, coordinating teams, managing maintenance activities, ensuring quality and safety standards, and driving continuous process improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinates and leads production teams in an industrial environment 2. Ensures quality and safety in production and delivery flow 3. Engages in continuous improvement of processes and products * Integrates internal production planning with the Automaker's requirements and monitors delivery flow to prevent production interruptions at the Automaker due to discrepancies or missing assembled units; * Coordinates employee allocation across workstations based on production volume, product mix, and individual employee capacity/function; * Makes machines and equipment available for preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance as scheduled or required; * Ensures team members comply with all Quality, Safety, Environmental, and Internal Procedure standards through awareness-raising, guidance, and behavioral monitoring; * Reports acts of indiscipline, inappropriate behavior, and low performance by team members to the Assembly Center Head; * Ensures FIFO (First-In, First-Out) implementation for materials and assembled units; * Conducts daily team meetings to communicate KPIs, announcements, instructions, etc.; * Implements containment and corrective actions for issues related to supply to Automakers; * Maintains constant communication with Automakers to identify potential failures that may impact supply; * Receives/transmits operational information during shift handover, including production status, inventory levels, and priorities for other Managers; * Acts as a facilitator for operational training of team members; * Participates in continuous improvement teams; * Participates in testing and industrialization of product/process changes or new products; Compensation: R$4\.000,00 \- R$4\.600,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you have leadership experience? * Are you available to work rotating shifts?
