Join Cimed! **Responsibilities and duties** The key account consultant is responsible for ensuring the best exposure and visibility of our products in pharmacies. Your activities include executing merchandising actions, such as implementing promotional materials and negotiating shelf space, aiming to boost sales and strengthen the brand. Additionally, you must ensure compliance with the planogram, maintain appropriate pricing, and guarantee correct brand presentation at the point of sale. You are also responsible for preparing reports with diagnostics and suggestions focused on continuous improvement of the sales space. * Implement visual materials at points of sale to improve product exposure, making them more attractive to consumers in pharmacies. * Ensure products are positioned according to the planogram (ideal shelf organization), while also guaranteeing correct pricing. * Negotiate with pharmacy managers to secure and maintain privileged spaces for the brand’s products, including support for launch campaigns and better positioning on shelves. * Map points of sale and prepare periodic reports with photos, analyses, and suggestions for improvements, restocking, and necessary updates in the display area. * Promote the company’s portfolio, ensuring optimal product presentation and contributing to brand strengthening at the point of sale and in the market overall. * Monitor performance indicators such as product turnover and restocking, continuously seeking opportunities for sales growth. * Act as a strategic link between the company and its customers, building and strengthening relationships with commercial partners. * Identify new opportunities to expand brand presence and foster new business. **Requirements and qualifications** * Previous experience as **merchandising promoter, salesperson, or demand generator**, preferably in the consumer goods sector. * Experience in **independent retail** and/or **distributors** (beverages, food, consumer goods). * Experience developing **customer turnaround strategies** and sales recovery. * Knowledge in **stock map analysis** and applying **actions to boost slow-moving products**. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and charts). **Additional information** * A technical test may be applied during the hiring process, depending on the department's needs. * Location: Volta Redonda – RJ * Schedule: Business hours * Work mode: 100% On-site We are a fully national company with **yellow blood** running through our veins, and we believe everyone, no matter where they are in the country, should have access to quality healthcare—because for us, medicine has no social class.
