Job Summary: An IT professional with experience in team management, remote and on-site technical support, hardware, software and network maintenance, and user training. Key Highlights: 1. Network management and information security ***ATTENTION: MUST RESIDE IN VOLTA REDONDA AND HAVE EASY ACCESS TO THE ATERRADO NEIGHBORHOOD AREA*** **Main Responsibilities:** **Experience in team management, remote support, and printer technical support** * **Maintenance and support:** Diagnose, repair, and maintain hardware, software, and peripheral equipment; resolve users' technical issues via phone, e\-mail, or in person. * **Installation and configuration:** Install and configure new computers, operating systems, software, drivers, and networks (LAN/WAN). * **Network management:** Administer and monitor network components such as scanners/multifunction devices/printers. * **Security and backups** * **Updates and documentation:** Perform system and software updates, and maintain detailed records of issues and solutions. * **Training:** Conduct user training sessions on new software, equipment, and information security best practices. * **Other tasks:** May include audiovisual equipment installation and other IT-related assignments. **Skills and Qualifications** * Technical education in IT, Computer Science, or related field. * Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and office suites (MS Office, Google Workspace). **Minimum 1 year of experience in:** * Hardware, networking, and troubleshooting. * IT technical support (maintenance of equipment such as printers, multifunction devices/scanners). * Windows and/or Linux operating systems. * Familiarity with network environments (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and Active Directory/Microsoft 365\. **OFFERED:** Transportation allowance (VT) or meal voucher (VC), group life insurance, cost-of-living allowance, birthday day off (paid leave), and uniform. **WORK SCHEDULE**: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 **DRIVER'S LICENSE: B** Send your resume to Ligia at e\-mail: recrutamentoimpress@gmail.com or via WhatsApp (31\) 99353 9879\. **Subject line of email: IT TECHNICIAN I POSITION** Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Benefits: * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Company vehicle Work location: On-site
