With an experienced team, we aim to optimize processes and promote organizational development. **Responsibilities:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on split-type air conditioning systems in compliance with safety standards; organize tools and materials; maintain workplace cleanliness and ensure adherence to safety regulations during all activities, among other duties relevant to the position. Previous experience as a General Services Assistant, Building Maintenance Assistant, Electrical Maintenance Assistant, or Mechanical Maintenance Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this role. Completed elementary education required.
