Development of high-quality software using up-to-date techniques and standards Supports the civil servant team of the Contractor in identifying, defining, and documenting business processes and software requirements to be implemented. Aims to ensure consistent alignment between business teams and the development team, facilitating communication and supporting deeper understanding of the business domain targeted for implementation. Also supports the civil servant team in proposing features and organizing information, behavior, and process flow of the application to satisfy both declared and undeclared business needs. Supports the civil servant team in coding, component design, unit testing, application building, software implementation, and maintenance—pursuing high quality through application of up-to-date coding techniques, standards, and procedures. The software developer strives to write high-quality code meeting stakeholder functionality requirements while ensuring optimization of computational resources, security, and performance.
