If you enjoy analytical tasks and are interested in personnel administration processes, join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Process vacations, terminations, monthly payroll, advances, and bonuses. * Generate and verify labor charge guides and ancillary obligations (eSocial, SEFIP, DCTFWeb, etc.). * Perform payroll accounting and integrate payroll data with the accounting system. * Analyze accounting variances and support the controller’s office. * Respond to internal and external audits by providing information and documentation. * Keep the payroll system updated and ensure data integrity. * Coordinate payments with the finance department. * Represent the company in labor hearings and prepare defenses. * Monitor collective bargaining agreements and ensure their implementation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Law, or related fields; * Experience handling labor-related routines, payroll processing, and preparation; * Solid knowledge of labor legislation and expertise in ancillary obligations and social charges; * Proficiency in Excel; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and analytical capacity. **Additional Information** Unit: Farroupilha/RS Working hours: 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM Work model: Hybrid Our story has been built for over 50 years, driven by simplicity and the collaboration of hands that, at every step, imprint their love for everything they do!
