ACTIVITIES: * Maintain constant contact with drivers to identify and resolve mechanical issues in fleet vehicles. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance actions, ensuring vehicle safety and efficiency. * Conduct daily inspections in the workshop to ensure all areas are organized and safe. * Monitor vehicle and personnel traffic flow, ensuring compliance with safety standards and company regulations. * Verify the condition and maintenance status of equipment and machinery used in the yard based on feedback from workshop staff. * Receive and supervise vehicle maintenance. * Coordinate the gatekeeping team, ensuring efficient execution of surveillance and reception activities. * Sign service orders (O.S.) to release the fleet; REQUIREMENTS: * Experience with the Datapar system (preferred); * Prior experience in logistics and transportation; * Completed high school education or currently pursuing a higher education degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields; * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Ability to work in a team and handle operational routines.
