We strive to satisfy our customers, supported by strong partnerships and a highly specialized team. ***Main Responsibilities*** * **Main responsibilities** + Plan and control equipment intake for budgeting, aligning customer demand with workshop production capacity. + Schedule and sequence service orders, considering internal processes, outsourced services, material purchases, and production capacity. + Monitor departmental performance indicators, participating in results analysis and continuous improvement actions. + Control the entry and issuance of shipping, purchase, service, and equipment return invoices. + Track order approvals and service order openings, issuing purchase requests, material transfers, and service contracting. + Act as the interface between the operations area and the commercial department, ensuring alignment and customer satisfaction. + Carry out activities in accordance with the Quality Management System (QMS) guidelines, participating in analyses, action plans, and continuous improvements. + Comply with and uphold the company’s occupational health and safety regulations and policies. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in industrial PCP or related areas. * Degree relevant to the position (Engineering, Administration, Production, Logistics, or related fields). * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office knowledge (especially Excel). **Salary**: R$ 3\.700,00 * **Benefits**: Meal allowance R$ 440.00 * On-site cafeteria * Transportation allowance * Life insurance * Health plan, dental plan, and TotalPass starting after 3 months of experience.
