Description:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering;
* Postgraduate degree/MBA in Project Management, Civil Construction, Planning, or related fields (preferred);
* Experience in project management and budgetary management;
* Experience in feasibility analysis, planning, cost control, and multidisciplinary coordination;
* Familiarity with interface between design and construction, ensuring feasible solutions and accurate budgets;
* Planning tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar);
* Budgeting (quantity take-off, cost composition, pricing, and critical analysis);
* Reading and interpretation of multidisciplinary drawings;
* Project management methodologies (PMI, Lean, Agile);
* Engineering software and ERP systems (Sienge, Prevision, AutoCAD, BIM/Revit, etc.).
* Ensure all projects are delivered with high quality, on time, and within scope, supported by mature and efficient processes;
* Structure, review, and validate construction and development budgets, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and economic viability;
* Lead the complete project lifecycle, from conception to post-delivery, connecting internal departments, designers, suppliers, and construction teams;
* Develop, review, and monitor physical-financial schedules, action plans, and responsibility matrices;
* Implement routines for critical analysis, quality control, and continuous improvement in project and budgeting processes;
* Monitor KPIs and ensure rapid and effective corrective actions;
* Conduct technical site visits and construction monitoring to align solutions between design documents and field execution;
* Support Procurement in contract analysis and negotiation, ensuring technical and financial compliance;
* Establish standards and best practices for project management (PMBOK, Lean, Agile), promoting discipline and organization;
* Prepare executive reports and present insights, risks, and alternatives to support executive decision-making.
