Promote knowledge sharing and a culture of operational excellence FCamara is looking for a person to work as a Senior Data Scientist**,** to join a market-leading Brazilian pharmacy company, a reference in Health and Well-being with over 2,000 stores across all Brazilian states. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve as a technical reference in MLOps, promoting best practices among data science and engineering teams. * Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, engineers, architects, and product squads to ensure delivery of robust and scalable solutions. * Proactively address problems, contributing to continuous improvement of processes, tools, and ML architecture. * Support incidents in staging and production environments, leading root cause identification, agile fixes, and improvement suggestions. * Demonstrate autonomy and ownership in defining deployment strategies, architecture, and model monitoring. * Translate technical and business requirements into practical, sustainable production solutions. * Promote knowledge sharing, contributing to the team’s technical growth and fostering a culture of operational excellence. * Adopt a product mindset and maintain a systemic view of the full lifecycle of ML models in production. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience in **developing and deploying Machine Learning models** on cloud platforms such as **GCP**, **Azure**, or **AWS**. * Proficiency in **CI/CD practices applied to the ML lifecycle**, using tools such as **Jenkins**, **Azure DevOps Pipelines**, **CloudBuild**, etc. * Practical knowledge of using **Airflow** to automate batch pipelines. * Experience with **orchestrating online models via APIs**, using **Kubernetes (K8s)** and managed services such as **Cloud Run**. * Ability to build end-to-end **re-training, deployment, and monitoring pipelines**, using tools such as **Kubeflow**, **Vertex AI Pipelines**, etc. * Experience with **scalable deployment of containerized models in cloud environments**, including autoscaling and resource configuration. * Familiarity with **canary deployment, blue/green, and shadow deployment strategies** to minimize production risks. * Advanced knowledge of **model and infrastructure monitoring tools**, such as **Prometheus**, **Grafana**, **Rancher**, and custom dashboards. * Ability to define **cloud-based ML architectures** aligned with project requirements, considering cost, performance, and scalability. * Hands-on experience implementing **streaming data pipelines** for real-time ingestion, processing, and consumption. * Strong understanding of **MLOps principles**, including versioning, traceability, testing, and model lifecycle management. * Desired: experience building internal tools or frameworks (e.g., **FenixAI**) to standardize and empower teams on ML infrastructure. **Additional Information** **Here we are \#SangueLaranja!** We have been in the market for 17 years, working side-by-side with our clients to deliver transformative experiences.
