The Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and guiding work teams, ensuring the achievement of established goals and the quality of services delivered. Responsibilities: * Lead and motivate the team, fostering a collaborative work environment * Monitor employee performance, identifying and proposing improvements * Ensure process execution in accordance with established standards * Manage performance indicators and prepare managerial reports * Participate in meetings and training sessions to align strategies and goals Requirements: * Prior experience as a Supervisor or in leadership roles * Skills in people management and conflict resolution * Knowledge of continuous improvement processes and quality management * Completed high school education; Academic background in Business Administration or Human Resource Management is a plus * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
