Job Summary: Responsible for analyzing and coordinating interdisciplinary projects, managing contracted designers, and supporting process standardization. Key Highlights: 1. Work on the analysis and coordination of interdisciplinary projects, ensuring quality, compliance with regulations, and internal standards. Responsible for managing contracted designers, monitoring schedules, and supporting internal process standardization. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct critical analysis of interdisciplinary projects (architecture, structural, electrical, plumbing, etc.), ensuring compliance with regulations and internal standards; * Coordinate projects: analyze interfaces between disciplines, lead coordination meetings, and propose solutions to conflicts; * Manage contracted designers: monitor deadlines, perform measurements, adjust schedules, and ensure deliverables conform to scope; * Interact with internal teams and suppliers to clarify doubts and implement necessary adjustments; * Support process standardization and best practices in project management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; * Experience in leading and coordinating projects; * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; * Experience with BIMcollab is desirable. **Additional Information** Professionals Since 1970, when a young engineer decided to found Plaenge, our purpose has always been clear: **to be a solid, ethical company with real impact on people's lives.** More than 55 years later, we are proud of what we have built: projects that transform cities, relationships built on respect and trust, and a team that grows alongside our history.
