Responsibilities * Monitor the workshop’s service schedule, ensuring all vehicles are received and delivered on time and to required quality standards; * Track ongoing services; * Support alignment between workshop and reception to ensure efficiency, organization, and service quality; * Manage and control workshop tools; * Reassign services as needed; * Maintain continuous communication with consultants regarding any unforeseen issues, delays, or rescheduling of services.
