Ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with regulations **City:** Tapurah**State:** Mato Grosso (BR\-MT)**Country:** Brazil (BR)**Order Number:** 42362 **Main Responsibilities:** * Control and support branch human resource management to ensure planning and scheduling meet demand requirements, through monitoring and implementation of controls, documentation, problem resolution, and resource optimization. * Control inventory by monitoring receiving, storage, and dispatch activities to comply with established procedures. * Address operational issues as they arise and keep all stakeholders informed, consulting with your manager whenever necessary for decision-making. * Ensure team motivation and appropriate levels of qualification and performance by identifying training/professional development needs for subordinates and participating in developing the training program with the People & Management team. * Ensure proper operation and cleanliness of areas by complying with established standards. * Ensure the physical safety and security of employees, machines, and equipment by observing, complying with, and promoting occupational health and safety norms and procedures. * Identify and support implementation of improvement actions identified for unit processes. * Respond to internal and external audits conducted at the unit. * Participate in strategic projects to improve productivity, optimize processes, and other area initiatives, proposing investments. * Manage inventory control, monitoring and validating reconciliations and periodic inventories. * Control the matrix budget, monitoring postings, requesting reclassifications, and correcting postings between accounts. * Promote improvements in work routines by analyzing internal processes, benchmarking against peer companies, and creating, developing, and evaluating instructions and alternatives to optimize team performance. * Be responsible for preventing unauthorized access by outsiders to process areas to prevent/interrupt intentional product contamination. * Ensure product safety by performing activities that guarantee a product free from contamination (chemical, physical, or biological), using Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and acquired HACCP knowledge (controlling associated OPRPs and CCPs). * Comply with the company’s occupational health and safety regulations and perform activities in accordance with such regulations. **Requirements:** * Experience and knowledge in tax and accounting matters; * Flexible availability; * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Logistics, or related fields is desirable. * Leadership experience is desirable. **Also see our benefits:** * Medical and dental assistance; * Profit-Sharing Program; * Meal allowance; * On-site meals; * Private pension plan (BungePrev plan with employer contribution); * Life insurance; * Pharmacy discount program; * Childcare allowance (for female employees with children up to 5 years and 11 months); * “Count on Us” Program – Personal guidance and support program for employees and dependents, delivered by specialized professionals to assist with psychological, social, or emotional matters; * Partnerships with TotalPass (gyms), Clube MMB (individual insurance), Dell, as well as universities and language schools; * Annual incentives such as toys and Christmas baskets. **Work Location:** Tapurah/MT. **Work Model:** On-site, standard business hours Monday through Friday.
