Monitor and evaluate students' performance. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 11:00 hrs **Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Contract Assignment * Responsible for delivering HR-focused training sessions and workshops aimed at developing skills and competencies in the Human Resources field. * Apply teaching techniques and learning methodologies that facilitate participants' understanding and retention of content. * Monitor and evaluate students' performance during and after training sessions, providing constructive feedback and guidance for continuous improvement. * Conduct satisfaction and effectiveness surveys for delivered training sessions, proposing improvements and adjustments as needed. * Ensure training and capacity-building in Human Resources knowledge * Teach classes to high school students **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Experience in the Human Resources field. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Deliver classes * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). **Benefits:** No benefits provided
