Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for monitoring quality control at the factory, ensuring compliance, conducting audits, preparing reports, and promoting continuous improvement. Promote a culture of continuous improvement **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 44 hours per week **Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * High-control monitoring at the factory * Ensuring that processes and products comply with company procedures, specifications, and applicable legislation; * Responsible for conducting internal and external audits to ensure processes comply with established quality standards. * Prepare detailed audit reports, identifying areas for improvement and proposing corrective actions. * Monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions, ensuring their effectiveness and timely completion. * Conduct training sessions and workshops for the team, disseminating best quality practices and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. * Monitor performance and quality indicators, analyzing data and generating insights to optimize processes. * Participate in management team meetings to discuss audit results and progress of corrective actions. * Stay updated on applicable industry standards and regulations, ensuring the company remains compliant at all times. * Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement continuous improvement projects. * Serve as the point of contact for quality-related matters, providing support and guidance to the team. * Conduct product and process inspections, ensuring compliance with quality requirements and technical specifications. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education Bonus: Technical course * Teamwork skills * Reside in or be willing to relocate to Barra do Bugres Competitive salary commensurate with the role **Vacancies also available for PwDs.** **Benefits:** Food basket, Profit Sharing Program (PPR), On-site meals, Transportation
