Job Summary: The professional will monitor and ensure compliance of processes and products, conduct audits, prepare reports, and promote continuous quality improvement in the factory. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and disseminate best practices **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 44 hours per week **Level:** Not specified **Employment type:** Permanent – CLT * High-level monitoring in the factory * Ensuring that processes and products comply with company procedures and specifications, as well as applicable legislation; * Responsible for conducting internal and external audits, ensuring that processes comply with established quality standards. * Prepare detailed audit reports, identifying areas for improvement and proposing corrective actions. * Monitor implementation of corrective and preventive actions, ensuring their effectiveness and adherence to established deadlines. * Conduct training sessions and workshops for the team, disseminating quality best practices and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. * Monitor performance and quality indicators, analyzing data and generating insights for process optimization. * Participate in management team meetings to discuss audit results and progress of corrective actions. * Stay updated on applicable industry standards and regulations, ensuring the company remains compliant at all times. * Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement continuous improvement projects. * Serve as the point of contact for quality-related matters, providing support and guidance to the team. * Conduct product and process inspections, ensuring compliance with quality requirements and technical specifications. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education Preferred: Technical course * Teamwork skills * Reside in or be willing to relocate to Barra do Bugres Competitive salary commensurate with the role **Vacancies also available for persons with disabilities (PCDs).** **Benefits:** Food basket, Profit-sharing program (PPR), On-site meals, Transportation
