Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance of processes and products, conducting audits, preparing reports, proposing corrective actions, and promoting continuous improvement in the factory. Promote continuous improvement through training and analysis **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 44 hours per week **Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * High-level monitoring in the factory * Ensuring that processes and products comply with company procedures, specifications, and legislation; * Responsible for conducting internal and external audits to ensure that processes comply with established quality standards. * Prepare detailed reports on audit results, identifying areas for improvement and proposing corrective actions. * Follow up on the implementation of corrective and preventive actions, ensuring their effectiveness and adherence to established deadlines. * Conduct training sessions and workshops for the team, disseminating best quality practices and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. * Monitor performance and quality indicators, analyzing data and generating insights for process optimization. * Participate in management team meetings to discuss audit results and progress of corrective actions. * Stay updated on applicable industry standards and regulations, ensuring the company remains compliant at all times. * Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement continuous improvement projects. * Serve as the point of contact for quality-related matters, providing support and guidance to the team. * Conduct product and process inspections, ensuring compliance with quality requirements and technical specifications. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education Preferred: Technical course * Teamwork skills * Reside in or be willing to relocate to Barra do Bugres Competitive salary commensurate with the role **Positions also available for Persons with Disabilities (PCDs).** **Benefits:** Food basket, Profit Sharing Program (PPR), On-site meals, Transportation
