Our commitment extends beyond internet—we strive to provide well\-being, convenience, and technological advancement for our customers. **Join the Netway Group and make your mark by making history!** **Responsibilities and Duties** Splicing and testing execution: perform basic fiber optic splicing, conduct fundamental continuity tests, and record results. Operational organization: organize required materials, tools, and PPE for service order execution. Technical documentation: complete activity reports with operational data and basic measurements. **Requirements and Qualifications** Basic knowledge of optical networks (cables, connectors, CTOs, DIOs). Initial operation of OTDR, power meter, and fusion splicing tools under supervision. Basic understanding of network layout drawings and sketches. Knowledge of safety procedures (NR10 and NR35\). Proactivity in technical learning. Responsibility for tools, PPE, and procedures. Good rapport with field teams. Commitment to safety and technical standards.
