Job Summary: Professional responsible for installation, maintenance, and configuration of electronic security systems, including technical support to customers and report preparation. Description: * Install, maintain, and configure electronic security systems, including surveillance cameras, alarms, access control systems, and electric fences. * Conduct tests and diagnostics on electronic security equipment to ensure proper operation. * Provide technical support to customers, resolving issues and clarifying doubts related to installed security systems. * Prepare detailed technical reports on performed activities, including descriptions of identified problems and applied solutions. * Conduct technical site visits to assess locations and develop customized electronic security projects according to customer needs. * Stay updated on new technologies and market trends in electronic security by participating in training sessions and professional development courses. * Comply with technical, quality, safety, environmental, and health standards and procedures. * Collaborate with the sales team by providing technical information and support during customer negotiations. * Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient and high-quality service. Requirements: **Requirements:** * Experience in installation, maintenance, and configuration of electronic security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and access control. * Knowledge of computer networks and IT infrastructure. * Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and technical manuals. * Capability to work at heights and under various weather conditions. * Driver's license, Category B.
