We are seeking a **Production Operator I** to join our team in **Cuiabá/MT!**

**Responsibilities and duties**
* Operate equipment, handle raw materials and containers for LPG during filling, storage, and vehicle loading for transportation;
* Perform minor repairs on containers, such as fixing small leaks or applying tare identification plates and mandatory information labels, preparing them for filling;
* Conduct minor maintenance and repairs, and calibration of scales—including disassembly, cleaning, lubrication, component replacement, adjustments, and calibration;
* Assess container quality using inspection techniques and sampling analysis, evaluating safety and quality aspects, segregating those requiring maintenance or rework;
* Support inspections conducted by the Institute of Weights and Measures inspector to inform decision-making;
* Analyze containers flagged as defective by customers or segregated during production;
* Assist in loading, unloading, and moving containers across vehicles, platforms, and yards;
* Maintain proper custody, cleanliness, organization, and preservation of tools and the workplace;
* Move drums of ready-to-use paint to the application area, install them into the automatic homogenization system, and connect them to the distribution pump feeding spray guns in the painting booth;
* Perform various painting tasks on production-line containers;
* Comply with SMS (Safety, Health, and Environment) standards and use of personal protective equipment (PPE);
* Provide support throughout the container-filling process, ensuring product quality;
* Maintain strict adherence.
**Requirements and qualifications** **Mandatory requirements:**
* Completed high school education;
* General knowledge (Portuguese and mathematics).
**Desirable requirements:**
* NR-16 — Hazardous activities certification.
