We are looking for a highly experienced professional to join our **Planning and Cost** team at **uisa**, where you will serve as a strategic partner to business units and Executive Management. We seek an individual with sharp analytical skills, a commitment to continuous improvement, and deep expertise in industrial controlling to act as the custodian of our budget and investments.
**Your responsibilities in this role will include:**
**Cost Management (OPEX):** Perform monthly closing, calculate actual costs, and ensure proper allocation of materials, labor, and indirect costs.
**Variance Analysis:** Identify deviations between forecasted and actual results, diagnose root causes (price, consumption, or volume), and propose corrective action plans.
**Executive Support:** Prepare the DRG report with explanatory notes on out-of-trend items for presentation to executives.
**Investment Management (CAPEX):** Assess project feasibility (payback, profitability) and monitor approved funding balances to prevent overruns.
**Asset Control:** Financially track construction projects and ensure correct capitalization into fixed assets to initiate depreciation.
**Process Audit:** Monitor procedural deviations and reconcile accounting and management reports to recommend performance improvements.
**Inventory Management:** Validate stock reconciliations and manage provisions for obsolescence.
**Requirements for this role:**
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Production Engineering;
Solid expertise in Cost Closing (Standard Costing), CAPEX, OPEX, and Critical Analysis—especially within the agro-industrial sector;
Proficiency in costing methodologies (Absorption, Variable, RKW) and asset valuation standards;
Advanced experience with **SAP** (Costing and Fixed Assets modules) or large-scale ERP systems (Totvs/PIMS);
Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Excel is mandatory;
Proficiency in interest calculations, depreciation, and present value analysis.
**Not mandatory but considered advantageous:**
Specialization or MBA in Controlling or Finance;
Proficiency in Power BI or other data visualization tools.
