Job Summary: The Traffic Inspector inspects highway sections, identifies abnormalities, provides on-road assistance, and ensures the safety of teams and users. Key Highlights: 1. Communicate with the Operations Control Center (OCC) and log incidents to ensure efficient service The Traffic Inspector's primary mission is to operate light or medium vehicles to inspect highway sections, identify abnormalities on travel lanes, shoulders, right-of-way areas, and unauthorized services or construction works, and provide on-road assistance to ensure the safety of other teams and users. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Respond daily to all requests dispatched by the Operations Control Center (OCC), including accidents, incidents, general mechanical breakdowns, operational support, and assistance to the Federal Highway Police (PRF). * Set up traffic signage at incident sites on highways to ensure the safety and integrity of personnel and users receiving assistance, alerting passing vehicles that an incident is in progress. * Provide user assistance at the Support Base (SAU), delivering information and guidance to resolve potential questions, ensuring service quality and user satisfaction on the highway. * Conduct traffic inspections along the concessioned section, monitoring the right-of-way area and identifying possible situations that may compromise road safety, such as unauthorized access points, encroachments, unpermitted constructions, and unauthorized advertising, among others. * Follow standard operating procedures as outlined in the Concessionaire's Operations Manual. * Ensure proper functioning and cleanliness of the patrol vehicle, performing routine checklists and inspections of tools and equipment, while keeping the assistance base organized to guarantee high-quality user service. * Complete the company's standard form for all assistance cases, recording all user data and information about the assisted vehicle, taking photographic evidence of the incident (when necessary), and forwarding it to the OCC for logging. * Communicate exclusively via radio network with the Operations Control Center (OCC), logging data, incidents, dispatches, and other required information. * During inspection duties, remove objects and animals from the roadway to maintain user safety and traffic flow.
