Coordination of logistics and suppliers **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM / Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM **Experience Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Independent Contractor \- PJ * Register and manage the Technical Responsibility Certificate (ART) for the project; * Interpret engineering drawings and develop execution plans; * Manage project execution, teams, and outsourced services; * Size teams and control physical\-financial schedules; * Monitor contracts, measurements, deadlines, and construction quality; * Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and procedures; * Maintain updated project files and drawings; * Procure materials, obtain quotations, issue purchase orders, and track deliveries; * Enforce quality and delivery timelines for materials and services; * Coordinate logistics and represent the company with suppliers; * Train teams when necessary. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Experience in construction site supervision; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Willingness to travel; * Active CREA registration; * Prior experience in finishing works is a plus; **Benefits:** Meal Allowance
