Job Summary: A professional responsible for customer service, cash register operation, and merchandise restocking, as well as for organization, inventory management, and promotional support. Support for promotions and inventory control. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Service from 06:00 to 18:00 hours, on a 12x36 shift schedule **Experience Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Cash register operation and customer service * Greet and assist customers, providing support and information about products available in the store. * Operate the cash register, process payments for products and services, and perform daily cash register closing. * Restock merchandise on shelves, maintaining workplace organization and cleanliness. * Conduct periodic inventories for stock control, reporting product replenishment needs. * Prepare and serve food and beverages according to hygiene and food safety standards. * Assist in organizing promotions and sales campaigns to increase sales volume and customer loyalty. * Follow occupational health and safety procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment for all. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education * Cash register operation and customer service * Experience in customer service * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Basic computer knowledge * Ability to work in a team * Proactivity and dynamism **Benefits:** Basic food basket
