Job Summary: A customer service and cashier professional responsible for greeting customers, operating the cash register, restocking merchandise, managing inventory, and assisting with promotions. Workplace organization and cleaning **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, on a 12x36 shift schedule **Experience Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Cashier duties and customer service * Greet and assist customers, providing support and information about products available in the store. * Operate the cash register, process payments for goods and services, and perform daily cash reconciliation. * Restock merchandise on shelves, maintaining workplace organization and cleanliness. * Conduct periodic inventory counts to monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs. * Prepare and serve food and beverages according to hygiene and food safety standards. * Assist in organizing promotions and sales campaigns to increase sales volume and enhance customer loyalty. * Adhere to occupational health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment for all. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Experience in cashier duties and customer service * Customer service experience * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Basic computer literacy * Ability to work effectively in a team * Proactivity and dynamism **Benefits:** Basic food basket
