THE TRANSPORTATION SOCIAL SERVICE (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRANSPORTATION TRAINING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (CNPJ/MF) under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby announce the opening of registrations for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice.
**1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:**
1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages.
1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order.
1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of SEST SENAT's Executive Department.
POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND SALARIES OFFERED
2\.. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below:
**POSITION:** Practical Instructor
**EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT).
**BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including: dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units extend to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) \- employee’s monthly fee covered by the company; dependent(s)’ monthly fee covered by the employee.
2\.1\. Work schedule and shifts will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call; the candidate must inform availability for the assigned schedule. Candidates declining the vacancy due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process.

**JOB SUMMARY:** Delivers theoretical and practical instruction and develops skills required for obtaining, modifying, or renewing driving permits, authorizations, and advanced vehicle operation qualifications; also monitors students’ learning processes in Professional Development activities conducted by the Operational Unit (courses, lectures, and seminars).
**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:**

**EDUCATION:**
Completed High School
Verification of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated by:
a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or
b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion).
Traffic Instructor Course, recognized by the National Traffic Council (CONTRAN).
Verification of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated by:
(Diploma or valid Certificate — validity up to 5 years from the Certificate’s issuance date).
AT LEAST ONE OF THE FOLLOWING SPECIALIZED COURSES: Drivers of Collective Passenger Transport Vehicles, Indivisible Cargo Transport, or School Transport, issued by institutions accredited by the State or Federal District Traffic Executive Agency.
Verification of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated by:
a) Copy of the course Diploma/Certificate (VALIDITY REQUIRED).
VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE CATEGORY D OR E \- MUST HOLD CATEGORY FOR AT LEAST 1 (ONE) YEAR.
Verification of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated by:
Copy of the current driver’s license.
NO GRAVE OR EXTREMELY SERIOUS TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS IN THE LAST 60 (SIXTY) DAYS AND NO SUSPENSION OR CANCELLATION OF THE NATIONAL DRIVER’S LICENSE (CNH).
Verification of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated by:
Copy of the “no record” certificate issued by the State Traffic Department (DETRAN).
**EXPERIENCE:**
PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN DELIVERING PRACTICAL CLASSES FOR BUSES AND/OR TRUCKS AND/OR SEMI-TRAILERS.
**VERIFICATION:** Documents must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, under penalty of document rejection. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated by:
a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), type of service performed, and description of activities carried out;
b) Or copy of the Work and Social Security Booklet (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including identification page and employer registration, explicitly linking to the target position (only if CTPS registration uses nomenclature correlated to that required in the Selection Process);
c) Or copy of service provision contract or Autonomous Payment Receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed, supplemented by item “b” if the position title alone is insufficient to verify experience.

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:**

**SYLLABUS:**
**PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation. Official orthography. New orthographic agreement. Graphic accentuation. Punctuation. Usage of word classes.
