Supports the preparation of technical reports and service reports, recording hours worked, replaced parts, and operational data for control and billing purposes. Reports incidents to the Service Coordinator, contributing to optimizing service delivery and customer satisfaction. Keeps tools and workshop organized and in good condition, performing cleaning and minor repairs when necessary. Performs related activities as directed by leadership.
